With a threading capacity of up to 20' we are able to cover a wide variety of needs regarding the length of your threading screws and similar! 

We offer a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel (303, 304, 316), Low and Medium Carbon steels (1213, 1018, 1045), High Carbon alloys (4140), and grades like SAE J429 (5, 8), ASTM A193 (B7, B8, B16), and A354 BD. We also work with Brass, Naval Brass, Silicon Bronze, Copper, Monel 400, and Carpenter 20.

Kelko is proud to offer a wide variety of high-quality finishes, including Zinc (Blue, Clear, Black, Yellow), Zinc Phosphate, Olive Chromate Conversion, Black Oxide, Cadmium, Nickel, Phosphate, and Passivation.

We specialize in precision threading services including UNC 2A, UNC 3A, UNC 5A, UNF 2A, UNF 3A, UNF 5A, NC5HF, NC5CSF, NC5ONF, Metric threads, Left-Hand Threads, and Special Pitch Diameters.

In addition to our standard service offerings we offer the following to ensure customer satisifaction is met! Threading, Heat Treating, Plating, Drilling, Vent Slots, Screwdriver Slots, Hex or Square Collars, Turned Down Studs, Wrench Flats, Hex Body, Turning, and Milling can all be offered in house!

Mill Certs on File for Finished Materials, Chemistry Certs on File for Green Materials, Heat Treat and Plating Certs Available, Actual Chemistry and Physical Analysis Performed by an Independent Testing Lab, Certifications of Compliance.
