Kelko Products manufactures a complete line of special as well as standard stud bolts for both OEMs and distributors. Our custom stud bolts are durable and can be made resistant to corrosion. We have the capability to manufacture stud bolts with diameters ranging from 1/4" through 2". Our stud bolts are available in a range of carbon steel & stainless steel grades plus silicon, bronze, and Monel®.
We also stock color-coded materials in different SAE J429 and ATSM grades. Stud bolts can be precision machined to have different types of threads, including UNC, UNF, 5HF, NPT, and Metric 6g. Our custom milling, turning, thread rolling, and threading capabilities enable us to manufacture fully threaded studs or studs threaded only at the ends. Bolts can be plated with specific materials according to your application requirement.
As an FQA compliant fastener manufacturer, Kelko Products conducts chemical and physical tests on custom-machined stud bolts in an independent testing lab. A comprehensive collection of rings and set plugs is used to continuously check the thread quality of all stud bolts. In addition to gages, we also utilize a 30" optical comparator to inspect key thread parameters of stud bolts.
