Kelko Products stocks a complete line of sizes and alloys from 1/4" to 2" diameter in Low Carbon Steel, A307 Grade A, 1018, 1141, 4140, 1117 and stainless steel types 303, 304 and 316 as well as brass, silicon, bronze and monel. We can supply parts in SAE J429 Grades 5 and 8 and ATSM A193 Grades B7, B7M and B16, B8, B8M and B8CL2. We also stock pre-hardened B7, ETD-150, Stress-proof and Fatigue-proof. We are in full compliance with the FQA of 1999.
Delivery
We have built our reputation on unequalled delivery of special and standard stud bolts. We have designed our production facility to accommodate rapid and accurate setups and minimal downtime resulting in short lead times. Our custom threading equipment is designed specifically for manufacturing double end studs. Short runs are a specialty, no order is too small. Our close proximity to the heat treaters and platers results in quick turn around hardened and plated parts and minimal time transportation. We regularly work miracles.
Specials
Your Special is our specialty. We can thread UNC, UNF, 2A, 3A, 5A, 5HF, 5CFS, 50NF, NPT, Metric 6g and left hand threads. We can also supply parts that are grooved, turned, different diameters on each end, have a hex in the center, pointed or radius, stamped, slotted or milled. We can have your parts heat treated, case hardened, plated or black oxided. Actual chemical and physical test results are performed by an independent testing lab and can be ordered with the parts.
