Adhering to FQA requirements, we manufacture a range of fasteners, studs, and bolts in custom sizes plus shapes. These fasteners can be grooved, turned, stamped, slotted, or milled to obtain different diameters on each end, hexagonal centers, and pointed ends. We stock a complete range of alloys and propriety materials such as Monel® to ensure quick turnaround.
Multiple stage automatic operations of our CNC turning centers ensure good repeatability. Our studs are available in double end, tap end, and shoulder types. We can finish tap end studs to have a full size/undersize body with cut or rolled threads.
Custom-built threading equipment is used to manufacture double end studs with chamfered or round points. Our double end studs are suited for a range of flange bolting applications. Shoulder bolts can be manufactured with partially threaded square or round sections. Turned parts can be heat-treated, case hardened, or plated as well.
